Overview
Powerful ecommerce store driven via a database. All elements of the store are controlled via a admin control panel. The software has been designed to be easy to use and can be tailored to you requirements.

Pages
Home Page: Displays welcome text and special offers or news items which are controlled via the admin panel. Also all pages display link buttons to all pages and logos.

Left hand side of each page the categories and sub categories of your store are displayed, these are set by the admin panel.

Search: On the left hand side there is a search box for visitors to locate the product they require with ease, searching the product name and sort description.

Right hand side of each page displays company contact info, logo which can be amended in the admin panel. Currency flags are displayed allowing switching between currencies. The system supports Sterling, US Dollars, Euros and Yen as standard, other currencies can be added if needed. Which currencies to be displayed and rates are set using the admin panel.

About Us Page: Displays information about the company with optional images.
Selection of static information pages as required.

Product Pages: Split into sections displaying header, small description, price and thumbnail images for each item for sale, with add to cart button. Information is displayed detailing the number of products in the sub category. More than ten products in a section are split into different pages with links between each page. A more detailed product page is displayed by clicking More Info, displays a larger image and a long description on the product. Products can be amended, added and deleted through the admin panel. As part of the set up we would input upto 50 products, further products can be added using the admin panel either by filling in a form or uploading a Excel CSV file. Other options set in the admin panel are number of products displayed per page and wether prices are shown with VAT, without VAT or both.

View Cart Page: Allows visitors to view and amend the items they have added to the shopping cart, view the VAT breakdown, enter their shipping area and once they are happy the form links through to the secure payment system. The software supports WorldPay, PayPal and Protx. Barclays PDQ is due to be added in the coming months.

Newsletter: Automatic subscribe and unsubscribe to a newsletter/mailing list.

Customer login: Returning customers can login, amend their details and delivery address.

Terms Page: This page displays the legally required terms for your shop, text has been drawn up by a solicitor.

Contact Us: Displays all the contact information for the company also an email enquiry form with IP tracking and email verification.

Admin area:
Add/amend/delete Categories
Add/amend/delete Sub Categories
Add/amend/delete Products and upload product images
Admin section also enables you to manage customers details/accounts
You can amend the company contact information that is displayed throughout the site.
Colours of the site can be amended in the admin area.
You set the prices to be displayed with VAT, without VAT or both without and with VAT.
Postage can be set per product with different values for within UK and outside UK.

Stock control, indivual products can have stock control applied which displays display quanitity available.

Search Report Display Orders between two dates with total cost of order.

Site wide Meta Tag, keyword, descriptions.

In the admin you are able to set the customer profile to give an individual percentage discount which can be also used for the trade customers.

Invoice System: Once a product is purchased the client receives an invoice via email. In the admin area sales can be viewed and invoice and delivery note printed, a report can be generated showing sales, once the order is processed it is marked as dispatched and an email is automatically sent to the customer.

Costs
One off cost includes set up, 12 months hosting, branding, upto 50 products entered, payment system set up £1600.
